Debater sobre os aspectos atuais e relevantes sobre Acesso à Justiça e Direitos Humanos na União Europeia e no Brasil.
Objetivos específicos
Integração entre as IES; e realização de estudo de direito comparado (Brasil x União Europeia) nas seguintes temáticas: Acesso à Justiça; Sistema das Cortes de Justiça na União Europeia e no Brasil; e Direitos Humanos.

Metodologia:
Seminário expositivo (apresentação e discussão).
Público alvo:
Alunos e Professores dos programas de Mestrado em Direito - Unichristus e da Faculty of Law Osijek; além de outras IES brasileiras e estrangeiras.
