I Encontro Internacional de Mestrandos – Unichristus e Universidade de Deusto
Objetivo geral:
Debater sobre os aspectos atuais e relevantes sobre Direito, Processo e Tecnologia entre Brasil e Espanha.
Objetivos específicos:
- Integração entre as IES; e realização de estudo de direito comparado (Brasil x Espanha) nas seguintes temáticas: 1) Sistemas de Justiça – Brasil x Espanha e grupos minoritários; 2) Direitos Humanos e Encarceramento; 3) Direitos Humanos e Novas Tecnologias; 4) Igualdade e Justiça de Gênero.
Metodologia:
Seminário expositivo (apresentação e discussão).
Público alvo:
Alunos e Professores dos programas de Mestrado em Direito - Unichristus e LLM in International Legal Studies – Universidad de Deusto (Espanha); além de outras IES brasileiras e estrangeiras.
